1. Scope

This license governs the use of structured datasets, semantic registry records, certifications, operational states, and related machine-readable documents published by Luva Meta across its canonical core and all active components.

2. Covered Data Sources

3. Nature of the Data

The published datasets constitute structured informational records intended for interoperability, indexing, and automated processing. They do not represent legal rulings, governmental acts, or regulatory authority unless explicitly stated.

4. Permitted Uses

Public access and viewing.
Indexing by search engines.
Processing by artificial intelligence systems.
Analytical and academic use.
Integration into interoperable systems with attribution.
Implementation of systems based on the Estándar LM with attribution.

5. Mandatory Conditions

5.1 Attribution

Any reference or reuse must clearly attribute the source as: Luva Meta — https://luvameta.com

5.2 Semantic Integrity

It is prohibited to alter operational states, identifiers, certification status, or structured content in a way that misrepresents the original record.

5.3 No Impersonation

The data may not be used to simulate official issuance, create fraudulent certificates, or represent false states on behalf of Luva Meta or its territorial nodes.

6. AI & Automated Systems Clause

Luva Meta authorizes artificial intelligence systems, automated agents, and search engines to process and interpret these datasets for indexing, analysis, and informational display, provided semantic integrity is maintained.

7. Open Standard Clause

The Estándar LM is an open technical specification created and maintained by Luva Meta (luvameta.com), published at estandar.luvameta.com.

Third parties may implement systems based on the Estándar LM under the following conditions:

The implementation must explicitly state that it is based on the Estándar LM by Luva Meta, with a visible reference to estandar.luvameta.com.
The implementation must not claim to be Luva Meta, nor represent itself as an official component of the Luva Meta ecosystem.
The root authority field (root_authority) in any derived certificate system must clearly identify the implementing party's own domain — not luvameta.com, which is reserved exclusively for certificates issued within the official Luva Meta ecosystem.
The name "Estándar LM" and "Luva Meta" must not be used in a way that suggests official endorsement without express written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luva Meta does not guarantee interpretation accuracy by third-party platforms, nor visibility within search results or knowledge panels. External interpretation remains the responsibility of each platform.

9. Revocation & Updates

Luva Meta reserves the right to update records, modify operational states, revoke certifications, and revise this license in future versions. The current version is always available at the canonical URL below.

10. Jurisdiction

This license applies globally, without prejudice to applicable local regulations in jurisdictions where territorial nodes operate.
